We communicate with our client and qualify specifications for each position.
Once we have received a job spec, F&G works as a team to ensure that we send at least three profiles within two days.
We conduct telephonic interviews with each candidate and use the job spec list as a questionnaire to compare and screen each candidate to ensure they are qualified for the position.
We recruit on a national scale. From Cape Town to Joburg, Durban and sometimes even Saudi Arabia! With F & G the sky really is the limit.
We have a 3-month guarantee period, we will be checking in with both our client and placed candidate, who doesn't love a quick chat over a nice cuppa tea.
References and Background checks are completed on placed candidates. We just want everyone content and safe.
We are a Level 4 BBBEE Contributor.
F&G are registered MIE agents. That means we are able to perform criminal and background checks.
Fees – on permanent placements we have a once-off fee that is charged on based on a % of the candidates annual CTC/salary. Contract positions are charged on a fee % on the duration of the contract.
